Will it work on my phone?
RoamMate eSIMS work with most modern smartphones and cellular data enabled tablets (2018 and beyond). Just double check that your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.

Can I install before I fly?
Sure can! Install your eSIM before departure, then adjust your settings and turn on Data Roaming when you land.
What happens when I run out of data?
You can grab another eSIM from anywhere in the world. It'll be emailed to you instantly and you can follow the same setup steps as before.
Can I hotspot/tether?
Yes, our plans allow hotspot/tethering. Local carrier restrictions might apply, though!
Refunds if my phone isn’t compatible?
You shouldn't have to pay for something you couldn't use! If your device is incompatible, flick us a message and we'll give you a full refund.
